Freedom Football Head

Developed in partnership with Freedom and Z-Man, the Z-Man Chatterbait Freedom CFL delivers a distinctive clicking tone and a free-swinging action that reliably draws strikes. Built around Z-Man’s stainless steel ChatterBlade and Freedom’s lead-free zinc football-style head, the design maximizes head-to-blade contact for a singular sound while enhancing snag resistance when dragged over rock and rubble. It also runs deeper and holds the bottom on fast retrieves where other vibrating jigs tend to rise out of the strike zone.

Incorporating Freedom's patented hook release system, the Chatterbait Freedom CFL lets the hook swing independently, giving trailers more lifelike movement than fixed-hook jigs. The interchangeable system makes swapping hooks quick and simple, opening up numerous hook-and-skirt combinations. The rig is finished with a heavy-duty VMC flipping hook for dependable hooksets and a premium spider-cut silicone skirt—combining several bait technologies into an exceptionally versatile vibrating jig.
