Simple to operate: impale it onto the worm, trim the tip, then slide it onto the hook — the rig is ready. The tip is tapered for easy penetration of the bait and is elongated so it can be straightened to the desired orientation.

Using the Neko Hack lets you rig hog-style worms, ringed/segmented bodies, and worms with protrusions that previously made them unsuitable for a cat rig. It’s also well suited to bellows gills, bellows sticks, and similar-shaped baits.
