The Hover Shot is fitted with a fine guard and built for the "Hovast" technique, letting a plastic worm hover in the mid-water column. Its snagless performance lets you fish tight to structure that earlier rigs couldn't reach, and it excels on bug-pattern presentations.

How to adjust guard strength

• Slide the guard along the base in the direction of the arrow to set the feel. Increasing the distance from guard to hook tip makes the guard stronger; moving it closer makes it weaker.

Caution

• Pulling the guard or repeatedly bending it may cause the guard to come off or break.
