Based on the Threadfin Shad, a staple forage in U.S. waters, the Megabass FLAPSLAP is one of the brand’s most adaptable lures and consistently produces year-round. Equipped with Megabass’ internal Shaft Balancer System (PAT.), the FLAPSLAP self-centers to its balance point, which lets you burn it at high speeds or snap it aggressively and have it settle back true.

The built-in Megabass Shaft Balancer System (PAT.), borrowed from the Vision 95, imparts a distinctive rolling action that can imitate an injured baitfish. The FLAPSLAP’s design permits multiple retrieve styles — a steady or stop-and-go retrieve like a conventional crankbait, or the sharp, pronounced jerks associated with lures such as the Megabass VISION ONETEN. Across varying speeds and retrieves, the balancer system keeps the FLAPSLAP running true for consistent, distinct presentations.

While effective in many scenarios, the Megabass FLAPSLAP shines around rocky banks, riprap, and over submerged grass beds.
