Born from relentless hydrodynamic testing across Japan, the i-WING incorporates a jointed design, R.A.B. (PAT.P) pendulum-balancer, customizable duralumin wings and Megabass’ renowned fit and finish to produce a winged lure unlike any other.

At dead-slow retrieves the i-WING emits micro-pitch waves that mimic a small, vulnerable school and draw in nearby predators. Push the retrieve speed and the lure erupts into a high-speed buzzing-crawl that leaves rivals behind and provokes violent surface strikes. This broad retrieve range is the product of careful wing size and placement, refined hydrodynamic shaping and innovations such as the patent-pending R.A.B. balancer, which stabilizes and anchors the crawling action by functioning as a counterweight.

During its sinuous, buzzing crawl the R.A.B. weight swings on a pivot like a pendulum, amplifying body motion while keeping the tail section working low in the water. Each time the heavy weight collides with the inner wall it produces a pronounced sound and shock wave, adding acoustic attraction.
