Unlike the Fishroller, the Little Sweeper offers a different baitfish profile that performs exceptionally on drop-shot rigs. Fished on the bottom it limits forward travel while imitating a slow, weakened forage fish — an ideal bite-sized target for bass. This Japanese lure is distinguished by its pectoral fins, which convey action to the angler, particularly with a jerky or twitchy retrieve. For bass to accept it as bait, a parallel swimming action is essential. An internal air pocket provides subtle buoyancy, helping the lure maintain a natural, horizontal posture.

Because it accommodates an offset hook, the Little Sweeper is not only perfect for drop-shot techniques but also adapts well to other finesse presentations, including weightless rigs and Carolina setups.
