The first dropshot weight purpose-built to cover water and survive heavy bottom structure, the Freedom Wire Drop Shot lets you snag less and fish more. It keeps the familiar cylindrical dropshot profile but adds a rigid wire protruding from the base that you can trim to any length, elevating the main mass above “break-off” rock and bottom gunk that commonly foul traditional weights.

Equipped with a conventional line tie, this weight works for multiple setups — including the 3-way rig, slide rig and direct-tie — so you can adapt it to the situation. Each body is stamped with its weight to remove guesswork when rigging.
