REVROS now uses a ZAION V body that’s both lighter and significantly stronger than the nylon-based graphite commonly found at this price point. This is true carbon resin graphite, and its increased hardness and rigidity keeps bearings and gears precisely aligned. Because the ZAION V doesn’t flex under strain, the reel maintains efficiency when fighting a fish.

The updated REVROS also includes an AIRDRIVE ROTOR and AIRDRIVE BAIL. With these design upgrades, the DAIWA REVROS makes a smart starting reel for anglers, from beginners up through avid fishermen.
