Daiwa SV TW 70H

The Tatula SV70 (SV TW 70H) arrives in a redesigned compact frame, making it the smallest, lightest and most palm-friendly Tatula SV model to date. It ranks among the lightest and most controllable baitcasting reels available today.

Construction includes an aluminum frame and an aluminum handle sideplate, resulting in an exceptionally palmable reel. Power transfer is enhanced by Daiwa’s Hyper Drive Design™ gearing for remarkably smooth cranking and fluid rotation.

Like other Tatula SV models, this reel incorporates the T-Wing System (TWS) to reduce friction and promote longer, easier casts, along with the SV spool for even, precise spool control and bite-sensitive performance.

Weighing 6.5 ounces, the SV70 uses 7+1 ball bearings and comes in both right- and left-handed configurations. Gear ratios available are 6.3:1, 7.1:1 and 8.1:1, delivering 23.2 to 30 inches of line per handle turn and up to 9.9 pounds of maximum drag. Line capacity: 90 yards of 10 lb test or 75 yards of 12 lb test; with J-Braid expect 70 yards of 20 lb test or 55 yards of 30 lb test.
