With an emphasis on controlling slack during a jerkbait’s cadence, the RONIN’s blank is noticeably crisper, snapping back to center-rest with fewer oscillations than the previous model. That quicker recovery improves transmission of subtle rod inputs, giving the angler a more direct link to the dynamic, nuanced action of Megabass jerkbaits.
