Poison Adrena B was redesigned to chase Ultimate Lightness and satisfy the most demanding bass anglers. The casting and spinning rods pair Shimano’s top rod technologies with action profiles tuned for specific applications. At the core is Shimano’s Spiral X Core construction, which enhances the traditional Spiral X carbon tape by incorporating Toray Nanoalloy®—yielding up to 10% greater torsional rigidity and up to 15% more compressional rigidity compared with standard Spiral X rods. A reworked Full Monocoque Handle and Shimano’s proprietary CI4+ reel seat cut weight while boosting durability, increasing sensitivity and improving transmission of lure motion and hookset feedback. The guide train, featuring Shimano X-Guide and Fuji SiC guides, further lightens the blank and helps extend casting distance and accuracy. Two spinning configurations, PAD2610MPSB and PAD2610MLSB, are equipped with Shimano Taftec Infinity technology, offering a high-strength solid-tip design that enhances action when fishing with strolling-style lures.
