6th Sense HuzzBug

The emergence of leg-style baits has highlighted how critical water displacement is, and the HuzzBug was designed with that principle at its core. It pairs a familiar soft-plastic silhouette with an innovative leg architecture to generate lively action on the fall while remaining adaptable across a variety of bottom-contact and slow-fall presentations.

Its long, ribbed profile narrows at the head and expands toward the tail, boosting water push while preserving a shape bass instantly recognize. The ribs increase turbulence in the water and add a tactile surface a fish can feel when it bites.

The standout element is the HuzzBug’s distinct leg construction. Each appendage starts with a broad, flat base, then narrows into a pronounced elbow that bends 90 degrees and finishes with a subtle spade-shaped tip. This form allows the legs to catch and move water from different angles, creating enticing motion whether the bait is crawled, hopped, or allowed to fall.

Where the HuzzBug truly excels is during the descent. As it tumbles horizontally, the wide leg bases trap water while the angled tips react to the slightest current or movement with a gentle, persistent quiver. Rather than collapsing against the body, the legs stay active through the entire drop and continue to work until the bait settles on the bottom.

Fish it as a slow-falling gravity bait or rig it on a Texas rig, Free Rig, Carolina rig, or other compatible setups. With a body engineered to move water and legs built to remain active across multiple retrieves, the HuzzBug offers anglers a unique action without limiting rigging options.

More displacement. More movement. One uniquely versatile bug.
