Sunline SX1 Strong and Sensitive

Created with feedback from Brent Ehrler and Aaron Martens, this line represents the culmination of several generations of development. Constructed from ULT-PE fibers to substantially boost abrasion resistance—the traditional weakness of PE lines—while keeping the flexible feel angler prefer for effortless casting. A smooth, low-friction finish reduces guide drag and extends cast range. The line is neutrally buoyant, a specification both Martens and Ehrler requested to deliver ideal bait action. Instead of covering fibers with a resin to mask fray or add slickness, the core fiber itself has been enhanced.
